I came up with a few places that might be good to visit so I thought I would post them and see what you think.

McCool's Irish Pub, Red Iguana, Red Rock Brewery, Porcupine Grill, Su Casa, Ruths Diner, Cafe Trang, Woody's drive-in, Cancun Cafe, Cafe Trio, Faustina, Lonestar Taqueria, Blue Plate Diner, Bombay house, Fiddlers elbow, and Brewvies.

The is reportedly a sports bar type place in West Valley that makes a 'chubby burger' that has grilled cheese sandwiches as buns. I want to go there.
